a. Minimum Booking: Clients are required to book the studio space atleast one day in advance.
b. Minimum Booking Duration: The minimum booking duration for the studio is 2 hours.
c. Booking Advance: A non-refundable booking advance of Rs.1000/- is mandatory to secure your reservation.
d. Full Payment: Full payment for the rental, must be made immediately after the shoot. STRICTLY NO NEGOTIATION.
e. The Hourly Rental does not include charges Rs.100/- for Costume Maintenance and Rs.150/- for per theme setup. They should be paid separately.
f. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the booked date and time. If you fail to do so, your booking will be canceled and no refund shall be claimed. Clients are allowed a one-time rescheduling within 10 days, subject to studio availability.
g. Reminder Responsibility: We will not provide reminders for your scheduled shoot date and time. Clients are solely responsible for remembering their booking. If the Renter fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the shoot without informing in advance, their absence will be considered as a cancellation of the booking.
h. We highly value punctuality. Your reservation will commence promptly at the allocated start time. If you, as the renter, do not arrive at the Studio by the specified start time, the Studio's time slot will not be held for you.
i. The Studio's clock is the official reference for timing. Your photo shoot will be considered as officially started at the allocated time, regardless of your actual presence.
j. We regret that we cannot extend the end time of your booking if you arrive a few minutes late for your shoot.
k. Any additional time required due to late arrival will not be permitted, and the shoot will end at the originally allocated end time.
II Rental Time
a. Agreement Requirement: Studio rental is only permitted after signing the rental agreement.
b. Allotment of Time: Clients must complete their shoot within the allotted time as per the agreement.
c. Overrun Charges: If the rental duration exceeds the allotted time by more than 10 minutes, an extra charge for 30 minutes will be billed.
d. Time Extension: Clients must inform us in advance if they require an extension of the rental time. We will not remind clients of the time limit, and clients are responsible for managing their allocated time.
III Care of Studio Equipment and Property
a. The Renter agrees to treat all Studio equipment, furniture, and accessories with care to prevent damage.
b. Any damage to Studio property caused by the Renter or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the Renter, and all costs associated with repair or replacement will be billed to the Renter.
c. Usage of stain-making products, such as paints, dyes, or any materials that can potentially stain the walls, floors, or studio backdrops, is strictly forbidden.
d. No illegal, hazardous, or harmful activities are allowed within the Studio premises. This includes violation of local laws and regulations, and activities that pose a safety risk or could cause harm to individuals or property.
e. No Loud Music: Clients are not allowed to play loud music that may disturb other tenants or neighbors.
IV Prohibition of Smoking, Drugs, Alcohol, and Harmful Elements
a. Smoking, drug use, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the Studio premises.
b. No usage of weapons and any harmful elements, including flames, fire, and pyrotechnics, inside the studio is allowed.
c. The company reserves the right to impose extra charges, cancel the studio booking, or take any necessary actions if traces of such prohibited activities are discovered.
V No Animals or Pets
a. Animals and pets are prohibited from entering the studio space.
VI Prohibition of Misconduct Activities
a. The Renter agrees that any misconduct activities, including creating a nuisance to others, engaging in illegal activities, or causing damage to the studio property, are strictly forbidden and may result in legal action and the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
VII Responsibility for Baby Photo Shoot
a. If the Renter plans to conduct a baby photo shoot, they are solely responsible for the safety, well-being, and comfort of the baby as well as the setup used during the shoot.
b. The Renter agrees to provide constant supervision for babies and children present in the Studio at all times during the shoot.
c. Any accidents or injuries that occur during the baby shoot, including those involving the baby or any other individuals present, will be the sole responsibility of the Renter.
VIII Prohibition of Adult or Explicit Content
a. No adult or explicit content is allowed to be produced or displayed within the Studio premises.
b. If the company observes any dangerous, pornographic, or negligent activities, the company reserves the right to immediately stop the shoot, and the Renter must comply with this rule and leave the studio premises.
IX Right to Observe
a. The Renter agrees that a representative of our company has the right to be present and observe while the Renter uses the studio space to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
X Return of Studio in Original Condition
a. The Renter agrees to leave the Studio in the same clean and orderly condition it was in at the beginning of the rental period. If not a cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter.
